		<description>Another thing to try is to remove the the power, the battery and the ram. Then hold the power button in for 30 seconds (This will discharge any capacitors still holding charge). Put it all back together and hopefully it powers on. The ram is not faulty, it&#039;s just holding onto a process that shouldn&#039;t be there.</description>
