You can buy a can of compressed air and blow off the dust. Does the fan run full speed even when you are in the BIOS (probably overheating) or it happens only in Windows (might be software issue)? I have a Toshiba A105-S4384 notebook. I just installed a non-oem Vista Business on it and installed all the Toshiba supplied Vista drivers I found on the Toshiba website.

The problem I have is that the Fn-F# key combinations don’t seem to work. For example I can’t get to switch the display from LCD to external display or change the brightness of the display. I have installed the latest intel drivers for the display from the Toshiba site.
