I got a toshiba A10-510, and I use it with a wifi PCMCIA card, but I’m wish extend the power range.
So i’m thinking to install a mini-pci wifi 500mw card, but i don’t if my mother card will be able to deliver enough power (200mA).

Do you know where can i found this information?

Does it have Internet? No. =)
Will it come with an internal wireless card (for wireless connection) and Ethernet port (for wired connection) so you can connect to the Internet? Most likely yes.
All laptops come with Ethernet port and most of newer laptops if not all have an internal wireless card installed.

If you would like to connect to the Internet using wireless connection, you need a laptop with internal wireless (Wi-Fi) card. Check laptop specifications.

I have a Compaq presario f700. When I bought it, the wireless worked well. all of a sudden it stopped showing on the led and does not connect. the device manager shows that the broadband 802.11 b/g is connected. what could be the problem and how do i solve it? Yhanks

Kelsey, Take a look at the device manager. Do you see an entry for the wireless card in the device manager? If you do, you laptop is equipped with the wireless card. I posted your question here: How to know if my laptop has wireless internet?
