My relatively new Acer 3613 gives a %1 error whenever I try to use either the NTI CD&amp; DVD maker, or the Burner section of Arcade. although I can use the drive to write to (not by these prgrams, obviously)
Acer tech support say it is a hardware problem.  Anyone any ideas?
