Hi,
I have a Toshiba Satellite P105-S6084. The plastic LCD housing (folding cover) has developed fractures near the hinges on the outside. This was caused by the stress from the friction in the hinges. This seems to be a common problem on the P105. Is it possible to repair this and what is involved? Removal of the LCD seems straight forward and easy, but I can't find instructions for the rest of the job. Also, I am not sure what the part number for a new cover is. Do the hinges need to be replaced as well? Thanks.

I can't find a tutorial on how to replace the hinges on a Toshiba Satellite A10. Can anybody point me the right directions. I have looked on the tutorial for disassembly of an A10, but that doesn't help for the hinges replacement.
