Hi,
I recently had a problem with the laptop automatically shutting off, so I rebooted the laptop. I tried installing the OS but in the middle of it, it shuts down. Now when I turn on the laptop, it will shut down in a few minutes. Now I have no OS installed and cannot do anything on the laptop. One last piece of info... I have a hp pavillion... Thank you... Laila

Hi

A friend recently removed some of the runnish from mt Dell laptop, it was slowing down and had far too much stuff I don't need. However he has managed to remove too much as the laptop will boot up but not stay turned on, the only way I can actually get it to stay on is by pressing F5 and going to last known good configuration. I cannot find my set up disk what can I do??
