Jared Wicker,

This morning I dropped my Lenovo Thinkpad laptop from a couple of feet onto a hard floor. Now, the screen flashes in lines and different places at random intervals. Is this fixable? Maybe a soldering issue?

It's hard to tell what's going on without looking at the laptop. Take a look a closer look at the laptop screen. Is it cracked? If yes, you'll have to replace the screen.
